The role focuses on leading business development activities for Azure, Data, and AI in Malaysia. It involves building relationships with customers and collaborating with partners like Microsoft to develop technology solutions.
The role involves establishing relationships with new and existing customers to secure new business within the assigned portfolio. The individual will collaborate with Account Managers to ensure that the overall account strategy and goals are achieved, maintain detailed knowledge of portfolio elements, and work with Technical Architects and Practice Leaders to design appropriate customer solutions. The role also includes working with partners such as Microsoft to grow services around their technology, providing feedback to Account Management to improve sales processes and company reputation, and ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds client satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails constructing service contracts and cost models based on customer scope and desired outcomes.
Existing Full-Time Work Rights in Malaysia preferable.
Ability to commute to our office in Kuala Lumpur and visit clients in Malaysia.
