Job Description
As a Back End Developer, you will design, build, and enhance backend services using TypeScript within a microservices framework, focusing on the platform's availability, scalability, and efficiency. You will collaborate with the engineering team to innovate on architecture, participate in code reviews to uphold development standards, and work closely with product teams to define feature specifications. Additionally, you will write various tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the code.
Job Requirements
3+ years of backend engineering experience, ideally with distributed microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
Proficient in TypeScript and knowledgeable in JavaScript fundamentals.
Experience with deploying services on GCP or similar cloud platforms.
Solid grasp of REST API design and best practices.
Familiarity with message queues and event streaming technologies.
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of containerization and CI/CD processes.
