As a Baker Chef de Partie, you will engage in the daily production of high-quality baked goods within a dynamic kitchen environment. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold the quality of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Produce a variety of breads and baked goods daily. - Ensure timely replenishment of all bakery products. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery area. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflow. - Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies. - Assist in the development of new recipes and products. - Train and mentor junior baking staff as needed.
Diploma in Baking / Culinary Arts or related field.
Proven experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
