Job Description
Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is seeking a Barista to join our Food & Beverage Department. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm and personalized service to our guests. You will ensure that all beverages are prepared consistently according to established standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.
In this role, you will interact with guests in a professional manner, take beverage orders accurately, and prepare a variety of drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
