Barista – JY Spring Drink Sdn Bhd

This role is for a Barista responsible for managing daily opening and closing operations of the café, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean environment. The position requires interaction with customers, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is necessary, and prior work experience is required, although fresh graduates may apply.

The role involves managing the opening and closing of daily bar operations following a checklist. The individual is responsible for recommending beverages and merchandise, communicating and building good relationships with customers, maintaining inventory levels for food items, and preparing all types of drinks with provided training and SOPs. Additionally, the position requires maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and cafe, and complying with health and safety practices.
