
The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent performance. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of service and product quality in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Minimum age is 23.
At least 1 year experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Comfortable overseeing a team and managing peak-hour operations.
Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Jab required (can be completed after hiring).
