This role is for a Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor responsible for leading a team and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position involves maintaining customer service standards and managing workflow within the outlet.
This role involves overseeing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent performance. Responsibilities include managing product preparation according to SOP and quality standards, handling opening and closing procedures, shift planning, task delegation, inventory management, cleanliness, hygiene, safety standards, and cash management.
Malaysian citizen.
Minimum age is 23.
At least 1 year experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Comfortable overseeing a team and managing peak-hour operations.
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
Knowledge of bubble tea/coffee/tea brewing is an advantage.
Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Jab required (can be completed after hiring).
