In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for leading a team and maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage product preparation according to SOP and quality standards.
- Handle opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Plan shifts and delegate tasks to team members.
- Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Enforce safety standards and cash management procedures.
- Supervise team performance during peak hours.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Minimum age is 23.
At least 1 year experience in F&B, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Comfortable overseeing a team and managing peak-hour operations.
Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Jab required (can be completed after hiring).
