
The Human Resources Officer/Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing daily human resource operations. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
The role involves handling daily human resource operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. The individual will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, provide HR support and guidance to employees, and facilitate employee training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resource or generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
