The individual will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, provide HR support and guidance to employees, and facilitate employee training programs.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resource or generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
