Job Description

The role involves handling daily human resource operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. The individual will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, provide HR support and guidance to employees, and facilitate employee training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and select qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits and address related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various issues.
  • Facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resource or generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant labour laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis and report generation.

Proactive problem-solving skills.

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
