Role Summary
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in discovering innovative beauty products. This role significantly enhances the in-store experience across various regions including Klang Valley, Southern, and Northern Malaysia.
Job Description
As a Beauty Advisor, you will engage with customers daily, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. You will work 5.5 days a week from 11am to 8pm, contributing to a dynamic retail atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in discovering and selecting beauty products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Enhance the in-store experience through excellent customer service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on usage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen.
Previous retail experience preferred, especially in beauty products or skincare.
1–2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
Strong communication skills.
Confident and well-groomed appearance.
Flexibility to work retail operational hours.
Training will be provided.
