Join Singtel, Asia's leading communications technology group, as a Billing Executive in our new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing billing and pricing for customers, ensuring accurate and timely billing aligned with customer configurations and pricing agreements. Your efforts will contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting revenue assurance through the investigation and resolution of billing errors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification
2–3 years of experience with billing systems and pricing in a Finance, Billing, or Customer Service environment
Demonstrated expertise in information management, including practical use of relational databases
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
An adaptable and collaborative team player, particularly in dynamic environments
Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly advantageous
