Job Description

The Branch Admin Cum Warehouse Assistant supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities include managing the loading/unloading synchronization process, performing weekly physical inventory using SAP, and generating critical reports such as VSS and RSS. You will also handle salesmen's daily transactions, stock replenishment through the Branch Ordering Program, and maintain administrative records for HQ. The role requires a balance of administrative precision and physical warehouse coordination.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in SAP software for inventory procedures and settlement tasks.

Experience in managing loading and unloading synchronization processes.

Sound knowledge of physical inventory procedures and stock recording.

Ability to generate daily and monthly branch reports (VSS, RSS, Journal).

Familiarity with DSD handheld functions for sales and collection transactions.

Strong attention to detail for cash balancing and document validation.

Ability to manage stock replenishment and ordering programs (ZCR, ZRE).
