You will work closely with the Dealer Principal and receive support from the CARSOME team.
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 years of managerial experience
Proven background in sales and customer service
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Flexibility to cover store hours including weekends
Proficient in developing action plans
