Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that ensure smooth coordination across assigned departments and a positive shopping experience for customers. You will work in a dynamic retail environment that requires a proactive and hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee store presentation and ensure high standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Lead and motivate floor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in training new employees on store policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with company standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of retail floor experience, with departmental store experience considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lead a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
