Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of retail floor experience, with departmental store experience considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lead a team, stay organised, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
