The Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on customer engagement and maintaining store standards. This position requires a proactive approach to managing store presentation and stock levels while assisting with daily procedures and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field.
At least 1 to 2 years of retail floor experience, with departmental store experience being an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lead a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
