Role Summary

The Brand Advisor - Commercial Operations is responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns for Petron Engine Oil and LPG. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery across various platforms.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include monitoring campaign performance and managing budgets in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Petron Engine Oil and LPG.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with service stations and workshops for campaign delivery.
  • Link marketing initiatives to sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing or campaign management.

Proven experience managing integrated campaigns.

Strong ability to link marketing initiatives to sales performance.

Good understanding of POSM execution best practices.

Strong stakeholder and external partner management skills.
