The Business Administration Junior Executive is responsible for managing company records, schedules, and customer inquiries. The role involves supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office environment.
The role involves compiling, maintaining, and updating company records and business transactions. It also includes preparing documentation such as memos, notices, and reports, managing appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and responding to customer inquiries. The position requires assisting in procurement requests, managing office maintenance and cleanliness, performing data entry related to bookkeeping and daily transactions, maintaining office asset registration and inventory, managing utility billing and filing systems, handling product delivery and packaging, and supporting the achievement of KPI and company goals. Additional responsibilities include assisting with ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree of educational level.
Preferably having at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field/non-medical field is also encouraged to apply.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is a bonus.
Proficient with computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Well-organised and systematic in office maintenance and office management.
Candidates must be competent in business administration, management, or a relevant field.
Self-initiative, Hardworking, and able to work independently in a team with a good attitude.
