
The Business Administration Junior Executive is responsible for maintaining and updating company records and business transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the achievement of company goals.
In this position, you will engage in various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office environment. You will be involved in documentation preparation, correspondence handling, and assisting with procurement requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Preferably have 1-2 years of working experience in a related or non-medical field.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Well-organized and systematic in office management.
Self-initiative, hardworking, and able to work independently in a team.
