The Business Analyst role involves understanding business processes, requirements, problems, and solutions. The role includes assisting the analyst team in conducting requirement gathering sessions, documenting findings, gathering and analyzing data from various sources, and preparing requirement documentation such as process flows, system integration, and data migration. The position also supports the development of system wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and presentations while working closely with system development and quality assurance teams. Additionally, the Business Analyst assists in developing technical documentation.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with IT services, devices, and applications.
