In this position, you will be actively involved in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement to inform business strategies. You will also manage client relationships and contribute to sales reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints in accordance with company SOPs.

Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Charismatic personality to build rapport with clients.
Team player with self-motivation and independence.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Availability to start work immediately is an advantage.
Willingness to work in Puchong.
