Job Description
The Business Insights team plays a pivotal role in equipping the business with data-driven intelligence. This role is responsible for extracting meaningful insights from data sources, including Tableau, and transforming them into coherent stories that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to fulfill both ad hoc data requests and proactively develop insights that identify trends, customer behaviors, and business opportunities.
Job Requirements
A recognized university degree, preferably in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business insights, or a similar role
Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and/or Python
A curious, analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business outcomes and communicate insights with confidence
