The Business Specialist, Sales Performance, Incentive & Compliance is responsible for supporting the sales incentive cycles through data management and analysis. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate sales incentives and performance tracking within the organization.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve data extraction and analysis to support the sales team. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the overall performance and incentive management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and extract data for sales incentive cycles
  • Calculate monthly/quarterly sales incentives accurately
  • Prepare payment listings for HR Payroll
  • Ensure accurate retention provisions monthly
  • Generate sales incentive statements for the sales force
  • Prepare management reporting and analysis
  • Assist with annual sales incentive scheme reviews
  • Address complaints and inquiries from stakeholders

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
