In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers. You will analyze recruitment trends, prepare performance reports, and represent KPMG at various events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Engage with candidates to assess their fit for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Analyze recruitment trends to improve processes.
- Prepare performance reports on recruitment metrics.
- Represent KPMG at recruitment events and job fairs.
- Enhance employer branding through various initiatives.
Job Requirements
Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Active involvement in extracurricular activities.
At least one year of HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
Highly motivated and organized.
