
The Business Support - People & Learning Intern is responsible for assisting in various HR functions to enhance employee engagement and development. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to projects that support talent acquisition, learning, and onboarding processes.
As a People & Learning intern, you will engage in daily HR activities, including supporting recruitment efforts and coordinating training programs. You will also assist in managing employee databases, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Undergraduates with at least two years of study.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Active participation in extracurricular activities with demonstrated leadership traits.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
Minimum internship commitment of 3-6 months.
