
The Capability Development & Culture Specialist is responsible for enhancing the capabilities and engagement within the Sales organization. This role plays a crucial part in designing learning journeys and culture-shaping initiatives that align with strategic priorities in a customer-centric environment.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Channel leaders to develop critical capabilities and strengthen engagement across the Sales organization. You will lead the design of impactful people development solutions that translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
7+ years of working experience
Strong track record in leading teams
Experience in developing people and driving engagement initiatives
Exposure to learning design, facilitation, or leadership development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High learning agility and openness to new technologies
