
The Capability Experience Lead is responsible for owning the capability program lifecycle. This role involves ensuring that initiatives are effectively planned, designed, delivered, reviewed, and continuously improved to enhance learning experiences across the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve designing structured learning experiences and managing the enterprise capability calendar. You will also facilitate programs while driving learning effectiveness through various assessments and engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in program management or learning and development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Proficiency in using learning management systems and engagement tools
