The Care Assistant is responsible for assisting qualified nurses in providing care to patients within the surgical unit. This role is essential in implementing individualized holistic patient care plans and ensuring a safe and caring environment for patients.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will engage with patients and support their needs while working closely with nursing staff in a dynamic surgical unit. Your contributions will help maintain a high standard of patient care and safety.
