Job Description
As a Cashier at Aeon Taman Maluri, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them with their purchases and inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle cash and card transactions while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Manage the cash register and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and replenish counter stock as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area.
- Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
Job Requirements
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
