Eco-Shop Marketing is seeking a dedicated Cashier to manage point-of-sale transactions and provide superior customer service at their Bayan Lepas branch. This full-time role involves cash handling, counter maintenance, and stock monitoring in a fast-paced retail environment.
The Cashier is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and precise cash transaction handling at the retail outlet. Key tasks include maintaining an organized and clean counter area, reporting any equipment malfunctions, and replenishing products near the checkout station as needed. The role requires a diligent individual who can handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently throughout their shift.
Malaysian citizen aged 18 years or older.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic inventory monitoring.
Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Willingness to be based specifically at Medan Bayan, Bayan Lepas.
