Job Description
As a Cashier at the Prangin Mall branch, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate cash transactions. You will manage the checkout counter, keeping it organized and clean, while also monitoring equipment functionality and restocking items as needed. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Job Requirements
SPM or equivalent qualification (STM/STPM preferred).
Must be at least 18 years old and a Malaysian citizen.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly valued.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and monitoring stock levels.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Willingness to be based at Prangin Mall, George Town.
