Job Description
As a Cashier at the Raja Uda branch, you will provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and processing cash transactions with high accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized counter area and ensuring all equipment is functional. Additionally, you will monitor and replenish product stock near the counter to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers while adhering to operational standards.
Job Requirements
SPM or equivalent qualification (STPM preferred).
Minimum 18 years of age and Malaysian citizenship.
Prior experience in retail or customer service environments.
At least 1 year of experience in money handling preferred.
Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction.
Meticulous attention to detail in transactions and stock monitoring.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willingness to work at the Raja Uda, Butterworth location.
