The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing cash transactions with high accuracy. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers at the Raja Uda branch.
As a Cashier at the Raja Uda branch, you will engage with customers daily, answering inquiries and handling cash transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will maintain a clean and organized counter area while ensuring all equipment is functional.
Key Responsibilities:
SPM or equivalent qualification (STPM preferred).
Minimum 18 years of age and Malaysian citizenship.
Prior experience in retail or customer service environments.
At least 1 year of experience in money handling preferred.
Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction.
