Job Description

As a Cashier at the Raja Uda branch, you will engage with customers daily, answering inquiries and handling cash transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will maintain a clean and organized counter area while ensuring all equipment is functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  • Monitor and replenish product stock near the counter.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and report any issues.

Job Requirements

SPM or equivalent qualification (STPM preferred).

Minimum 18 years of age and Malaysian citizenship.

Prior experience in retail or customer service environments.

At least 1 year of experience in money handling preferred.

Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction.
