The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and handling cash transactions accurately. This role involves interacting with a diverse range of customers in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring a seamless checkout process.
As a Cashier at Eco-Shop Marketing, you will engage with customers daily, ensuring their needs are met while managing cash transactions. You will maintain a clean and organized counter area, monitor equipment functionality, and replenish stock as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
SPM or equivalent qualification (STM/STPM preferred).
Must be a Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above.
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or money handling (1 year preferred).
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
High accuracy in managing cash transactions and monitoring stock levels.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to maintain counter cleanliness and report equipment issues.
