Job Description
The Cashier at Nu Sentral is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries. The role involves accurately handling cash and card transactions, balancing the cash drawer, managing the cash register, and monitoring stock effectively. Additionally, the cashier will check counter equipment daily, report any issues for repair or replacement, keep the counter clean and tidy, and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
Job Requirements
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work at Nu Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
