Job Description
As a Cashier at Quill City Mall, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them with their purchases and inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for handling cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a clean and organized counter space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Manage the cash register efficiently.
- Monitor and manage counter stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues as needed.
Job Requirements
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail for handling transactions.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
