Job Description
The Cashier at Quill City Mall is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries. The role involves accurately handling cash and card transactions, balancing the cash drawer, managing the cash register, and monitoring counter stock. The cashier is also tasked with maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and ensuring daily equipment checks are performed and reported as needed.
Job Requirements
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
