
The Change Management Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of planned events within the telecommunications network. This position focuses on minimizing risks and enhancing customer experience through effective change management practices.
The Change Management Engineer ensures that all Planned Event (PE) activities are executed effectively, avoiding scheduling conflicts and minimising risks to TIME’s network. This role provides advisory support to PE requestors, ensuring changes are planned, communicated, and implemented with minimal impact to service and with a focus on Excellent Customer Experience (ECE).
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunications, network operations, or change management
Foundational understanding of telecommunications network architecture, network operations and change management
Familiarity with change management frameworks, processes, and tools
Strong interpersonal communication (oral & written), and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively across teams
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and timelines
