Job Description
In this role, the Change Management Engineer will engage in daily activities that involve coordinating and advising on planned changes within the telecommunications network. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective execution of Planned Event (PE) activities.
- Avoid scheduling conflicts and minimize risks to the network.
- Provide advisory support to PE requestors.
- Plan, communicate, and implement changes with minimal service impact.
- Focus on delivering an Excellent Customer Experience (ECE).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build partnerships.
- Manage multiple requests and timelines efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunications, network operations, or change management.
Foundational understanding of telecommunications network architecture.
Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
