Role Summary
The role is for a Chargeman in Facility & Utility Maintenance responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing electrical systems, machines, and buildings. The position includes supervising external vendors and carrying out preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
Job Description
The role involves maintenance, repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing of all electrical systems, machines, and buildings. The person will assist and supervise external vendors on electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs as well as carry out scheduled preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
Job Requirements
Possess a valid Chargeman Certificate AO/A4 or equivalent.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance.
Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, hardworking, and quick to learn.
Willing to work shifts and weekends as needed.
A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Own transport and flexible with working hours.
Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
