Job Description
The Chargeman Letrik (A4) will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining power systems, protection systems, fuel systems, and switchboards. Duties include synchronizing power generators, understanding electrical supply regulations, and maintaining alarm systems and low voltage circuit breakers. The role also involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including underground cables and motor control devices, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Job Requirements
Must possess a valid Chargeman Letrik (A4) certification
Knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and electrical safety regulations
Experience in maintaining electrical systems and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
Familiarity with generator synchronization and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work in various locations
