Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently during service hours.
Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and consistently according to health code standards.
Monitor inventory, track food costs, and coordinate with management on ordering and budgeting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage, and prep areas.
Collaborate with bar staff on beer pairings, special events, and seasonal menu changes.
Maintain portion control and quality standards to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
Handle equipment maintenance and report any needs for repairs or replacements.
