Role Summary
The Circle Lead, Customer & Channel Enquiry & Investigation Support is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across multiple service areas within RHB Banking Group. This role significantly impacts operational excellence and stakeholder engagement, aligning service delivery with the Bank’s strategic objectives and KPIs.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the Customer & Channel Enquiry & Investigation Support (CCEIS) function, ensuring effective service delivery across various customer service areas. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across Cash Customer Service, Trade Customer Service, BIS Support, Merchant Acquiring, and Merchant Support Service.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Strengthen stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Align service delivery with the Bank’s strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Lead and manage teams to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee vendor management and cross-functional projects.
- Implement regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
Job Requirements
Proven leadership experience in banking operations, customer service, or related functions.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in Cash, Trade, and Merchant services.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
