
The Circle Lead, Customer & Channel Enquiry & Investigation Support is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight across multiple service areas within RHB Banking Group. This role significantly impacts operational excellence and stakeholder engagement, aligning service delivery with the Bank’s strategic objectives and KPIs.
In this role, you will lead the Customer & Channel Enquiry & Investigation Support (CCEIS) function, ensuring effective service delivery across various customer service areas. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven leadership experience in banking operations, customer service, or related functions.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in Cash, Trade, and Merchant services.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
