Job Description
In this internship position, you will work closely with officers to support the planning, control, and monitoring of shipping activities. You will engage with customers, agents, and shipping authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing shipping operations
- Handle customer payments and agent payments
- Coordinate with shipping agencies and port authorities
- Prepare shipment reports
- Monitor ILDS system for shipping
- Support officers in planning and controlling operations
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
