Job Description

The Client Acquisition Associate / Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role involves driving growth in the car park network and revenue while expanding the customer base through proactive client acquisition efforts.

Job Requirements

Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, online research, and networking.

Use tools like CRM software, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads.

Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.

Negotiate terms and close deals to acquire new clients.

Execute client acquisition strategies developed by the sales or marketing team.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Track and report on key performance metrics such as number of leads, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Provide insights and feedback to improve client acquisition processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Use insights to refine outreach strategies and improve results.

Possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT or a related field.

Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition for the Executive position.

Be a fresh graduate or an entry-level candidate with strong potential for the Associate position.

Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an outgoing character.

Be proficient in CRM tools as an advantage.

Have strong organizational and time management skills.

Be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Having knowledge of the parking industry and property market is a plus.

Be available to work in a mix of office and field environments with required travel for market surveys, client meetings, networking events, or industry conferences.
