As a Client Engagement & HR Executive at Pinkcollar, you will engage with clients daily, qualifying prospects and managing service accounts in a dynamic work environment. You will also provide post-placement administrative support and assist with various HR tasks to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries. - Qualify prospects and manage service accounts to meet sales targets. - Provide post-placement administrative support and coordinate documentation. - Assist clients with inquiries and offer legal compliance guidance. - Support the CEO with HR tasks such as hiring and onboarding. - Manage sales leads and ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the sales cycle. - Foster strong client relationships and enhance client engagement.
Proven experience in sales and account management.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR processes and legal compliance in Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
