
The Client Relationship Manager will oversee full account management, ensuring accurate financial reporting while nurturing client relationships and supporting financial inquiries with a keen attention to detail.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L). Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining client relationships, and providing support for financial queries. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to financial management and a commitment to fostering strong client partnerships.
Minimum education requirement: LCCI/Finance/Accountancy
Qualified ACCA or equivalent
Proven experience in account management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
