Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will engage in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L).
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain financial records.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial statements.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare financial statements and assist in audits.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Provide insights to improve financial health and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Minimum education requirement: LCCI/Finance/Accountancy/Qualified ACCA or equivalent
Proven experience in handling full set of accounts
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and G/L processes
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
