Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will engage in daily financial management tasks within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with team members while ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in audit preparations and documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to enhance financial processes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to support their financial needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall financial operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum education requirement: LCCI/Finance/Accountancy/Qualified ACCA or equivalent
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and G/L processes
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
