
The Sales Representative will manage full accounting responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and fostering client relationships through effective communication and analytical skills.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L). Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also be tasked with monitoring financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and assisting in audits. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying discrepancies and providing solutions to enhance financial processes.
Minimum education requirement: LCCI/Finance/Accountancy/Qualified ACCA or equivalent
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and G/L processes
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
