Job Description

As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, updating records in the Encore Med system, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and consultants. Your role includes verifying insurance coverage, guiding patients through payment processes, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. You will also assist in administrative tasks and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.

Job Requirements
