Role Summary
The Cloud Product Specialist is responsible for post product improvement to increase sales for existing products. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met while leading certification activities for cloud services.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities focused on enhancing product offerings and ensuring compliance with market best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
A Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 3~5 years of experience in Product Management, Cloud Solution or IT infrastructure management
Strong understanding of business segment needs and technology trends, particularly in cloud
Ability to analyze data collected from different stakeholders
Knowledge of marketing procedures and sales cycles
