Job Description
As a CNC Turn Operator on the 2nd shift, you will engage in day-to-day operations involving the setup and operation of CNC turning machines. You will work closely with a team to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts.
- Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of CNC operations and machining processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Ability to work the specified 2nd shift hours of 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
