
The Commis is responsible for assisting in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks. This role supports chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
In this role, you will engage in daily food preparation and assist in various cooking tasks within a dynamic kitchen environment. You will work closely with chefs to ensure that all kitchen operations run efficiently and that cleanliness is maintained throughout the workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage.
No prior experience required, but a passion for cooking is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
