
The Community Business Manager SME Banking is responsible for growing the SME base by establishing relationships with community businesses and enhancing customer experience. This role involves acquiring new customers through various sales activities while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
As a Community Business Manager, you will engage in daily interactions with community businesses to foster relationships and drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with branch management to enhance profitability and segment penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum recognized Degree.
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
All necessary certificates/licenses for credit/insurance and Investment Certificate.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, or 2 years in SME lending.
Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
