
The Community Business Relationship Manager (SME Banking) is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with SME clients to drive growth and mitigate risks. This role involves a proactive approach to account management, ensuring the financial health of clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
In this role, you will engage with SME Banking’s Annual Review accounts, conducting timely assessments and identifying growth opportunities for existing clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective account management and risk mitigation. *Key Responsibilities:* - Review SME Banking’s Annual Review accounts - Conduct timely assessments of AR - Identify growth opportunities for ETB customers - Manage CRR ratings of all accounts - Evaluate Watch List and High Risk accounts - Raise early alerts for loan deterioration - Collaborate with Early Care for damage control
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in SME banking or relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
