Job Description
In this role, you will engage with SME Banking’s Annual Review accounts, conducting timely assessments and identifying growth opportunities for existing clients. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective account management and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review SME Banking’s Annual Review accounts
- Conduct timely assessments of AR
- Identify growth opportunities for ETB customers
- Manage CRR ratings of all accounts
- Evaluate Watch List and High Risk accounts
- Raise early alerts for loan deterioration
- Collaborate with Early Care for damage control
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in SME banking or relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
