Role Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance standards and managing risk assessments. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the integrity of business operations and mitigate potential risks.
Job Description
As a Compliance Specialist, you will engage in daily activities that include managing the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) Forum and conducting monthly review sessions with Risk Reviewers. You will also assess anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices while overseeing blacklisted Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the end-to-end process of the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) Forum.
- Conduct monthly review huddles with Risk Reviewers.
- Perform assessments on anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices.
- Oversee blacklisted Business Partners.
- Support the development of a third-party risk management platform.
- Contribute to compliance reporting initiatives.
- Monitor risk management activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any related field.
At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
Sound knowledge of business processes and internal controls.
Excellent proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good time management skills, motivated, responsible, and independent.
Meticulous in documentation and communication.
