
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing building projects from initiation to completion. This role significantly impacts project delivery by ensuring quality, safety compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.
The Construction Project Manager will engage in day-to-day management of construction projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. The work environment is dynamic, requiring constant interaction with stakeholders and a focus on meeting project milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee building projects from initiation to completion. - Prepare the Master Work Programme for project execution. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. - Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate project progress. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. - Manage the project team to meet targets and deadlines. - Review project documents and prepare quality and safety plans.
Minimum Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
At least 10 years of working experience in construction management.
Strong knowledge of project implementation procedures.
Experience in quality and safety compliance.
Proficient in liaising with clients and stakeholders.
